Rachel Comey accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and affix it to your package.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to an authorized UPS location; once received at our studio, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
